We are equity investors across the company lifecycle, from seed to turnaround, with a focus on leveraged buyouts of operating companies that fit our reshoring and sustainability investment theses. Lorentzen Investments, LLC is a single-family office based in Illinois. Our primary objective is to steward family resources in a manner that aligns with our values and we have done so by bringing flexible capital and a long investment horizon to the lower middle market and early-stage investment realm. We take a long view, anticipating to hold our investments forever, and therefore invest in companies and management teams that we look forward to working with indefinitely. We endeavor to enact meaningful operational and financial improvements at the companies with which we are involved. During the initial stage of an investment, one of our principal goals is to align investor's and management’s interests by providing significant equity for management in the transaction.
