We focus on North American and European companies where technology is transforming traditional business models in the Financial Services, Business Services, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. We have completed eight control investments over the last four years. All investments were thesis-driven, organically sourced, and done on an exclusive and proprietary basis.
