Linville is focused on opportunistic acquisitions, repositions, developments, and joint ventures throughout the United States. We seek out opportunities for investment in both projects and operators. Our project investments focus on properties which rely on a consumer tenant base; multifamily, self-storage, hospitality, marine, etc. When we invest in an operator, we focus on their relative market position, subject matter expertise, and ability to differentiate. We consider investment opportunities with operators across various asset classes. We provide developers/operators with the growth capital, connections, and counsel necessary for their companies to thrive. We also partner with CRE management teams through target-dated investment vehicles, working together to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their business operations.
