Liberty Group was founded by Raxit Shah more than four decades ago, with the purchase of his first hotel in Liberty Township, Youngstown, Ohio.
The company has since evolved from a commercial real estate investment firm into a fully discretionary Single Family Office serving to preserve capital and diversify the portfolio.
Liberty Group, now led by Punit Shah, has invested over $1.150 billion in commercial real estate, including urban retail, multi-family, office, student housing, and senior-living communities, as well as licensed Starbucks cafes and 57 hotels primarily affiliated with Hilton and Marriott brands.
