Leonas Capital is a boutique capital and advisory firm comprised of female founders who back female-founded and run companies. Leonas, Spanish for lionesses, embodies the fierce spirit of collaboration that we believe will shift the current venture capital topography, where only 4% of investment dollars fund female founders. We’re out to change this, together. We identify female-founded companies through our deep network, regular pitch meetings, inbound requests, and friends inside and outside the investment community. We see ourselves as partners to the companies we invest in and support. We understand not every company has the same needs or requires the same investment. We provide both investment and consulting services to the founders we support.
