Leatherwood Capital is a family office actively partnering with great companies in the Pacific Northwest. We work in a broad range of private capital investing and take a steady long-term approach: Early-stage, growth, royalty-based, real estate. In early-stage opportunities, Leatherwood principally partners with companies in Oregon and SW Washington. We participate as lead investors where appropriate or as a smaller angel. In larger transactions, we partner with premier growth equity firms in the northwest to build lasting partnerships with successful outcomes. For companies that have revenue but are not a fit for traditional debt or equity financing, royalty-based finance (RBF) may be an option. Leatherwood has a mid to long-term horizon and looks for commercial opportunities on the West Coast and Pacific Northwest.
