In 2012, Al Lopez and Jose Lopez founded LAT Investments, an investment firm, to serve alongside their existing residential real estate services. After 11 years in residential real estate it was clear that the company had more to offer their clients’ growing real estate needs. In their initial stages, they managed a $150M portfolio of distressed bank-owned assets and rapidly developed invaluable partnerships with investors. After the effective disposition of the portfolio the investors were advised to place their interest in commercial properties which continued their positive returns. Our Mission: To be a full-service investment firm that aligns real estate investments with its investors’ needs.
