Larry Berger, Angel Investor

Larry Berger invests as an angel mainly in education and health, along with AI software. His investees are AI product compliance platform Cleo Labs, tutoring provider The House Tutoring Lounge, 8B Education Investments, and digital nutrition company Foodsmart. Larry's deals include a pre-seed round, which he led for Cleo Labs, along with a convertible note, a seed round, and a Series C. The other three rounds brought in totals from $500K to $25M, the largest being Foodsmart's Series C. He has led Amplify, a K–12 curriculum and learning technology company, as CEO for more than 26 years. Larry also spent nearly five years as president of Amplify Learning.
