Kory Spiroff is an Entrepreneur, Angel Investor, Advisor, and Crypto Apprentice. Kory has35+ years in the restaurant business. What he loves most about this industry is the people. At the same time beautiful for its intrinsic simplicity, a restaurant is equally unrelenting in its often onerous complexity. Indeed it’s not for everyone, and certainly no place for the faint of heart. When measuring talent and suitability for a given role, he often asked whether an individual “has the gene”, as inevitably it takes the "right" people to provide the bridge to success. He had the tremendous privilege of working with truly remarkable people all around the world, helping them to recognize and realize their dreams. His greatest satisfaction has largely come vicariously, as each success is earned and celebrated by those whose accomplishments he has in one way or another impacted or influenced. He enjoyed success with both large and small organizations, however, his specialty has been on the smaller end of the scale. Startups and small businesses have a unique set of challenges and opportunities and require unique solutions. Coaching startups to viability, and mentoring small businesses to become successful mid-sized and even large businesses, has been an absolute joy for him.
