Kevin Wayer, Angel Investor

Kevin Wayer is a seasoned global executive with more than three decades at JLL, where he has led large-scale teams and driven over $2B in annual revenues. As Global President for Life Sciences and Americas President for Government & Education, he oversees more than 4,000 professionals delivering real estate and proptech solutions across critical industries. His expertise spans facilities management, technology, development and relocation planning, transactions, and consulting. Kevin’s leadership covers a wide range of asset classes, including offices, logistics, data centers, labs, GMP facilities, research, device manufacturing, and infrastructure. Since 2005, Kevin has also served as an International Director at JLL, one of only a few hundred leaders within the 60,000-person global organization entrusted with executing the firm’s strategic priorities. In addition to his corporate leadership, he is an independent real estate investor, angel investor, and advisor, supporting ventures that align with his vision for innovation and growth.
