As an entrepreneur for the past 25+ years, I have dedicated my life to mastering the art of communication by focusing on the human side of business. My passion over the years has been to focus on both sides of the human experience in business...Consumers and Team Members. I have developed the "Connected Consumer Experience(TM)" and the "Connected Team Experience(TM)," which transcends any specific industry as it applies to all human interactions. After spending 20 years building a referral-based business in the mortgage industry and simultaneously building an educational-based business focused on training entrepreneurs, it was time to shift gears, focusing on investing in start-up businesses, mentoring young start-up founders, and serving the dental and oral health industry by creating a customized version of the "Connected Patient Experience." My mission is to help create high-level consumer experiences while also focusing on helping team members perform at the highest standards of excellence.
