I spent most of my career building a tech-enabled services business in the e-commerce vertical, eventually exiting to Infosys. Now, I help other founders and CEOs scale their own businesses. I'm an advisor to Founders and CEOs of tech-enabled services businesses, primarily (but not solely) within the e-commerce ecosystem. Leveraging my experience founding, scaling, and bootstrapping one myself, partnering with private equity, getting investment from Salesforce Ventures, acquiring and integrating several businesses, and exiting to the largest strategic acquirer in the world - it has uniquely equipped me to help other founders of similar businesses navigate the opportunities and challenges to help them come out on top. I have deep empathy for the brave people who run their businesses, and I'm passionate about helping them. It's the one thing looking back I wish I had done. It's a unique position, with distinct challenges that few have gone through, and it makes the lessons I’ve learned all the more valuable if they can be used to help others as well. This is not some cookie-cutter playbook or an educational exercise - we work together at executing against a strategic plan touching on the most impactful improvements to the business, resulting in less stress, improved financial performance, and yes, an increased valuation should an exit be part of the plan. I also invest in e-commerce technologies and advise Private Equity Groups.
