CEO and founder of 2 successful amateur sports companies partnering with schools, athletes, and brands. A transformative leader as CEO of an Olympic organization in crisis. Current company, EmpwrU, partners with high schools, colleges, and corporate brands to provide access to education, resources, and opportunities for all amateur athletes. First company, KP Sports, was acquired in 9 years by industry leader, Learfield IMG. We partnered with D1 universities to sell multimedia rights to local, regional, and national brands. As the CEO OF USA Gymnastics, I took unprecedented actions to transform an organization in crisis into one that empowers all athletes. I am a current board member of Sports Tech HQ, under the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. I also serve on the board of the Anderson School of Management. I am a mentor and investor with angel groups and VC firms.
