We have found great success co-investing with our valued Family Office partners and select PE firms. Our primary focus is on multi-family real estate. Our real estate portfolio includes value-add, student housing, hotel-to-workforce housing conversions, and ground-up developments in select US markets. Relationships are paramount to our business. Whether with co-investment partners, proven investment managers, and companies seeking investment through a flexible approach, we first seek a connection on a personal level with our gifted associates. We co-invest extensively with other Family Offices and high-net-worth individuals. We do not manage outside capital.
