Kelsey Morgan Pasqualichio, Angel Investor

Kelsey Morgan Pasqualichio is an Investor, Co-Founder, PE & Venture Capitalist, and Harvard MBA. Kelsey is a Partner at Downing Capital Group, a fund that conceives, capitalizes, and scales tech-enabled businesses. She is also a Co-founder and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cedar Brands. She previously co-founded Nex Cubed, a venture capital firm with investments in health & wellness tech, fintech, sports, media & entertainment, and frontier tech (AI). Prior to Nex Cubed, she was a Managing Partner for NextGen Venture Partners, a venture capital fund with offices in DC, NYC, Boston, Chicago, and Austin. While at NextGen, she launched the NYC office, helped spearhead our first fund, led investments for NYC and the Bay Area, and built a coalition of 150+ technologists, capital partners, and investors who served as venture partners. Prior to Nextgen, she was a Director at Techstars where she sourced and screened over 40 investments for the fund and launched three accelerator programs in conjunction with Disney (digital media and entertainment), R/GA (connected devices, IoT), and Kaplan (edtech). Kelsey has an extensive background in private equity and M&A, including experience with The Carlyle Group, 3i Group, and Credit Suisse. Throughout her career, she has completed transactions totaling more than $20 billion. She is a frequent guest lecturer on topics related to PE/VC and entrepreneurship and serves as a board member and advisor to multiple organizations and startups.
