Katie Shea has spent her entire career working with technology startups as an entrepreneur, operator & investor. Katie is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of an early-stage venture fund. Previously she was a General Partner at K50 Ventures (fka Kairos). Before becoming a VC, Katie ran growth at early-stage tech companies including OrderGroove, Aircall, Order & Homejoy. She's an angel investor in pre-seed companies including Bombas, Order, Smalls, Ghost, Causal, Topicals, EdSights, Crown Affair, Machina Labs, Rorra, Liftoff, Cleancult, Paravel, Shellworks & Remedy Robotics. Katie started her career by founding a manufacturing company from her NYU dorm room that was acquired in 2013. The company sold products to Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, The Shopping Channel & thousands of global retail locations.
