Kassel is a privately held investment company, headquartered in Columbus, OH, that primarily invests in residential and commercial real estate, although we also own and are actively pursuing the purchase of additional businesses. The company has registered with state and federal regulatory bodies as needed to offer registered exempt privately offered securities. We are fully funded by private and institutional investors and offer a range of investment vehicles. Our offerings include private placements, debt funds, individual asset secured notes, and equity sharing funds.
