Founded in 2001, Kashmir Capital, LLC is a private equity investment & advisory firm focused on investments in US-based business and consumer services companies with enterprise values up to $250 million. Our approach is to focus on companies that can benefit from long-term trends in consumer and business behavior. We look to partner our entrepreneurial experience and strong financial management with portfolio companies that have either significant barriers to entry for competitors or proprietary intellectual property that can yield a significant market advantage. We will look at companies at all stages of their life cycle and have significant experience with start-up operations. We actively invest capital not deployed in portfolio companies. We are a contrarian investor, preferring to take positions in good companies when others are running for the exit door.
