Karmel Capital was founded in 2013 by two experienced technology investors who are passionate about investing in disruptive technologies. We are actively investing in privately held enterprise software companies.
The firm operates dedicated funds investing in AI infrastructure and enterprise technology, and software companies via direct secondary transactions and selected primary rounds.
The leadership is drawn from both the investment and operating sides of technology, and the founding partners have invested together for the past 13 years.
Karmel Capital is based in Solana Beach, California, outside of San Diego.
