We seek to create immediate value-add economic impact and long-term value for the companies in which we invest. ▪ Early Stage Most of our investments are focused on early seed stage to Series A stage, but we will also on occasion provide growth capital to impressive later stage companies. ▪ SAAS We are focused on emerging, disruptive technology startups with exceptional founding teams with deep experience in the sector. ▪ $100k-$2.5m Check Size We are open to both leading rounds and joining with a strategic lead. ▪ Meaningful Founder Ownership We believe that the founding team must have meaningful ownership, especially at the early stages. ▪ $250k-$5m in ARR The company must have some captured revenue and unambiguous signs of product/market fit. ▪ Values We value brazen founders who operate with honesty and integrity. We enjoy building relationships with founders and believe our investments are in the people as much as the company.
