K-2 Ventures is a Florida-based private equity firm that was founded in 2019 by Mark Kacer and Kevin Kacer. K-2 is focused on partnering with small to mid-sized businesses and respects the values and vision of the management team. With a wide variety of experience, we understand every business is unique in many ways. We help businesses create value and reach their peak in a way suited to meet each individual company's specific needs. K-2 invests in opportunistic companies that have a clear vision and value proposition. Given K-2’s unique and differentiated pool of capital, K-2 is able to be very flexible when structuring a transaction. We bring value to our investments by acting as partners to purchase, cultivate, and grow incredible companies.
