Julie Zhuo, Angel Investor

Julie Zhuo is the Co‑Founder of Sundial, an analytics platform for the AI era that helps decision‑makers navigate complexity with guided intelligence. She is also the author of The Making of a Manager, a Wall Street Journal bestseller recognized as one of Amazon’s best leadership books of 2019. Previously, Julie spent over a decade at Facebook, where she rose to VP of Design and Research for the Facebook app. Joining as the company’s first intern, she helped shape and scale many of its core social products as the platform grew to billions of users worldwide. As an angel investor, Julie has backed about nine early‑stage companies, including Hero Assistant, Galileo AI, Primer, and Bitwise. Her portfolio reflects her focus on supporting ventures that make the world more efficient, creative, healthier, and more fun.
