Joshua Schachter, Angel Investor

Joshua Schachter is an Angel Investor, Entrepreneur, and Inventor. He founded del.icio.us, an early pioneer of Web 2.0, invented tagging (which became hashtags), and was one of the earliest products to offer a consumer API. He has been a founder and innovator, and now an angel investor and mentor. He's an advisor to startups on product, strategy, fundraising, and engineering. As an angel investor, he has invested in over 300 seed-stage startups since 2006. He primarily looks for innovation-first companies in new and changing markets. In addition, he is also an Organizer of Self-Racing Cars and started an event series around autonomous vehicles.
