Straight after high school, I started my career as a mail boy in a small stockbroking firm. The markets were my university. I spent time in the derivatives back office, then on the trading floor as an operator. From there, I did 4 years in hedge fund sales, bringing ideas to some of the world's largest hedge funds. In 2009, I co-founded KIS Capital Partners, where I spent 10 years as Chief Investment Officer. I have been an active angel investor and am increasingly focused on investing in established, private family businesses through Reilly+Best. Finally, through Alua Advisory, I advise private companies and their founders on how to achieve their goals through the capital stack.
