He is currently the CEO of Foundation Source, a SaaS-based cloud technology combined with key services to the private and corporate foundation industry within the wealth ecosystem. Mr. Mrak is also an angel investor and owner of several other businesses including the 3rd largest retaining wall business in DFW. He has also been an advisor for Refinitiv/LSEG, a leading provider of financial data and infrastructure, where he recently led a $1.1 billion divestiture of assets. Mr. Mrak has deep expertise in SaaS-based Fintech, especially in the wealth, data, and asset management sectors. He has been the CEO of several high-growth firms, ranging from $5 million to $650 million in revenue, that were both public and private, with valuations in the billions. He is also an active Chairman and Board member for several firms, where he has played executive roles to drive growth and investor returns. Additionally, he is an angel investor in many industries, focused on disruptive technologies that create positive impact and value.
