Joe Landon is an aerospace and defense industry leader and entrepreneur, currently Co-Founder of a stealth-mode company revolutionizing spacecraft autonomy. With a proven track record of building innovative businesses, securing major U.S. government programs, and leading high-performing teams, Joe is dedicated to advancing technologies that transform the future of the space economy. Previously, Joe served as CEO of Crescent Space, a new subsidiary of Lockheed Martin building lunar infrastructure-as-a-service. Prior to launching Crescent, Joe served as Vice President for Advanced Programs Development at Lockheed Martin where he led business development, strategy, and R&D for Lockheed Martin’s multi-billion-dollar Commercial Civil Space line of business. Joe is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Space and an Associate Fellow of AIAA. Joe is also an angel investor with personal investments in the seed and other early funding rounds. His latest investment is in Stell, a platform that digitizes the relationship between aerospace companies and their suppliers with a living specification workflow.
