Joon Park, Angel Investor

Joon Sung Park is an angel investor focused on artificial intelligence, robotics, and social simulation technology. His investments include Fawn Social Robotics, a company developing social robotics technology, and Fundamental Research Labs, an AI research organization. His investment activity has included Pre-Seed rounds, including financings where Fawn Social Robotics raised a total of $2.6 million and Fundamental Research Labs raised $2 million. He has participated in supporting early-stage technology companies. Joon has served as Co-Founder and CEO of Simile for about a year, developing simulations of society to help organizations predict audience, market, and population responses. Before that, he spent nearly five years as a PhD Candidate in Computer Science at Stanford University.
