About Jonathan Keidan, Angel Investor

Jonathan Keidan is an entrepreneur and investor. As an angel investor, he has made over 50 investments in the seed and early series funding rounds. Jonathan has spent his career at the intersection of the media, technology, and entertainment industries. He is the Co-Founder of digital media company InsideHook and the Founder of an early-stage consumer-tech venture fund that has backed a number of New York & LA's top consumer start-ups (e.g., Compass, Zoc Doc, Acorns, Sweetgreen, Ro, Sir Kensington's, Digital Ocean, Tia, Bounce Exchange, Virtru, Nadaam, among others). Jonathan previously worked for former General Electric CEO, Jack Welch, launching his online education venture, and at Mendeley, a UK startup that is the world's largest online research collaboration platform, where he launched and led their US operations. He started his career in the entertainment business, where he founded a music talent management company, developing and directing the careers of high-profile artists, songwriters, and producers. He then joined McKinsey & Company as a consultant in their Media & Entertainment practice.
