Investment Criteria -Exceptional entrepreneurial team committed full-time to the venture, -Scalable product or service addressing a large market opportunity, -Sustainable competitive advantage, -Repeatable or recurring revenue model, -Measurable traction in the form of early adopter revenue, user base, or test market, -Seed or early series (A, B) funding round, -Valuation under $5M or revenues to justify a higher valuation, -Equity or revenue-based deal structure (averse to convertible notes and SAFEs), -Credible future capitalization plan, -Well-defined exit or liquidity strategy.
