John Maraganore, Angel Investor

John Maraganore is a distinguished biotech leader, entrepreneur, and investor with a career spanning science, executive leadership, and company building. As founding CEO of Alnylam, John led the company for nearly two decades, pioneering RNA interference therapeutics, bringing five approved products to market, and building more than $25 billion in market capitalization. He also served as Chair of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) from 2017–2019 and continues as Chair Emeritus and board member, shaping the future of the life sciences industry.
