He invests in pre-seed and seed rounds, supporting early-stage companies that leverage artificial intelligence and software innovation to improve developer productivity and organizational efficiency. Laban is the CEO and Co-Founder of Tidra AI, which automates code maintenance with AI to accelerate large-scale initiatives across repositories. He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of OpsLevel, a platform that enables service ownership and developer productivity, based in Toronto.
