Joel Flake, Angel Investor

Joel is a longtime attorney, veteran entrepreneur, experienced real estate investor, and knowledgeable adviser specializing in recurring revenue businesses. Joel has also served as President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (Idaho Chapter), and is a thought-leader and speaker on entrepreneurship, subscription/membership models, and pricing. After earning his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School, Joel secured a two-year appointment to serve as federal clerk to the Hon. Larry M. Boyle, of the U.S. District Court of Idaho. Subsequent to the acquisition of his home service companies, Joel now helps businesses improve profitability through the implementation of enhanced pricing and recurring revenue models. Today, Joel continues to reside in Idaho with his wife and children, where he remains active in the business community as an entrepreneur, angel investor, adviser, and board member.
