Founded in 1999, JMC Capital Partners is a Boston-based private equity firm. JMC focuses exclusively on executing a Platform investment strategy within the “lower lower” middle market industrial product and technology sectors. We acquire companies with revenues between $5-35 million and execute an operationally focused integration strategy that is designed to accelerate company growth through acquisitions, operational excellence, and enhanced strategic direction. Since our inception in 1999, we have adhered to a consistent approach and strategy focused on driving value through operational and strategic excellence in industrial product and industrial technology-focused companies. The Partners come from operating backgrounds and have executed this strategy as owners and operators as well as investors. Since we have both operated and sold our own businesses, JMC is able to streamline the process, focus on the important outcomes, and provide rapid and timely transactions.
