Jim Linsenmeyer, Angel Investor

Jim Linsenmeyer currently serves as a Regional Manager at the West Virginia Department of Economic Development, a company that provides added-value services to help businesses build revenue, reduce waste, manage costs, and mitigate risk. He works with site selectors, management consultants, commercial real estate professionals, and industrial developers to match our assets with the needs of their clients. He was a former business owner/operator experienced in sales, marketing, trade channel strategies, and supply chain logistics. Has successfully managed turnarounds, startups, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He was an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Morgan State University and was a Guest Lecturer at the University of Baltimore, Coppin State University, Johns Hopkins, Morgan State University, and Carey Business School. Jim is also an angel investor and an active advisor and investor at Early Light Ventures, an angel investment group that concentrates on early-stage software companies in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern US.
