Previously, the President and CEO of Red Collar Pet Foods, a leading co-manufacturer of private label and retail pet food and treats. Nearly 20 of those years were spent in well-known and global brands in the Pet Nutrition, Confectionery, and Food segments of Mars, Incorporated. Providing additional strategic advice to an array of clients, from start-up companies to multinational organizations, on a range of operational matters through their own consultancy for more than 15 years.
