Jessie Zhou, Angel Investor

Jessie Zhou is an angel investor, startup mentor, and product leader with a strong track record in entrepreneurship and marketing. She currently invests through the a Seattle-based angel group, supporting early-stage ventures with strategic guidance and capital. As Founder and CEO of Vilo Living, Zhou led the development of affordable internet connectivity solutions, expanding the company’s reach to over 600 ISPs across 40+ countries. Her leadership brought together a lean, multidisciplinary team to launch hardware lines and a management software platform. Prior to Vilo, Zhou served as Managing Director at Acadia Communications, helping China-based companies enter the U.S. market. She also held marketing leadership roles at Wyze Labs and INGEAR INC, where she drove product launches and brand growth in the consumer tech space.
