Jeremy Kroll, Angel Investor

Jeremy Kroll is the Co-founder and Vice Chairman of K2 Integrity, a global risk, compliance, and investigations firm he built over 16 years before transitioning from the CEO role in 2025. He is also a founding investor in KBRA, a credit rating agency launched during the 2008 financial crisis and later exited to Parthenon Capital, and a founding investor and advisor at BlueVoyant, a cyber intelligence firm. Jeremy is also an angel investor, with a known investment in Bluprynt, an AI-powered documentation and compliance platform for the construction industry, which raised a $4.3M Seed Round.
