I'm an attorney for emerging, venture capital-backed companies throughout the world, although personally I am licensed in New York, pending in New Mexico, and reside in New Mexico. I do creative (but effective) stuff with wild (but sensible) fee-arrangements. I am not currently accepting new clients (so why are you spending time on this website, Jeff?), generally speaking, but I am easily excitable and exceptions can be made.
