Previously, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Acquia. Acquia is the second technology company Jay has been involved with, and is also his second commercial open-source effort. He previously was the founder & CEO of Pingtel, which was acquired by Bluesocket in 2007 Having spent the last 30 years as either a founder or employee, Jay now helps startups as a board member or mentor, and occasional angel investor (currently invested in 19 companies).
