Jason Fritton is a Real Estate and Angel Investor based in Los Angeles, California. For three years, Jason has been angel investing through Validation Capital. Aside from angel investing, he is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Patch of Land, a leading alternative solution for real estate financing that brings borrowers and lenders together through a simple online interface. Before founding Patch of Land, he was first the Vice President and Co-Founder of Tech@Cost, an online, members-only business technology purchasing marketplace. He also founded and developed a telecommunications design and procurement firm, Starting Line Networks into a $35MM annual revenue company specializing in public sector technology procurement and implementation.
