Jason Boehmig is the Executive Chairman of Ironclad, the leading digital contracting platform for modern legal teams. He co‑founded Ironclad in 2014 and served as CEO for over a decade, scaling it into a category‑defining company that transformed how contracts are created, managed, and analyzed.
He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Harvard Law School Center on the Legal Profession, where he contributes to discussions on AI and the future of knowledge work. Previously, Jason was an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame, teaching courses on legal technology and informatics, and he began his career as a Corporate Attorney at Fenwick & West, focusing on startups and venture capital. Earlier, he worked at Lehman Brothers as an Associate.
