James Kirby is an experienced angel investor and company director. He is passionate about start-ups in the technology space and is an active and successful angel investor. He is also committed to philanthropy and has served on several not-for-profit boards. James Kirby is the Director of Kirby Capital. James is a Private Equity Investor, Company Director, Philanthropist, and Vigneron. James is interested in investing in the alternative energy space as well as viticulture. After completing an engineering degree, James obtained an MBA and worked for 27 years in the James N Kirby Group, his family’s engineering business. After selling the business in 1999, he moved into corporate finance and venture capital markets.
