James Hutchinson, Angel Investor

James Hutchinson is CEO of Sling & Stone, where he leads the agency’s operations across technology, startups, and venture-backed businesses. He previously held several leadership roles within the company, including Global Head of Business and Head of Business. Before moving into communications and agency leadership, James worked as a journalist at Fairfax Media, writing for The Australian Financial Review. He has also contributed to the startup ecosystem as a mentor for Startmate through its Media Fellowship program. He is also an angel investor with involvement in early-stage startup funding. His recent investment includes Manifest, a company providing time, cost, and tool visibility solutions for agencies.
