Ivy Zelman, Angel Investor

Ivy Zelman is an angel investor focused on housing-industry technology. Her portfolio includes Scaffold, an Austin-based AI platform that automates data workflows between homebuilders and the trades and contractors they work with. Her investment came through a Seed round, in which Scaffold raised a total of $14.9 million. Ivy currently serves as EVP and Co-Founder of Zelman, a Walker & Dunlop Company, a role she's held for close to nineteen years since October 2007, leading the firm's research and investment work in the housing sector.
