My mission is clear: I want to help women solve tough problems. I want to elevate you into powerful business owners or executives where you feel recognized and valued. I also want to invest in you. I have spent over 20 years in high-tech companies in various Ops and Product executive roles, having hired, promoted, and led multiple large teams starting out in Google in Sydney and Silicon Valley, following through to VGW, which grew from $100Mill to over a billion when I was there. I am also passionate about investing in and mentoring startups. I have been a director at the Founder Institute, a mentor in Startmate, Blackbird programs, Curtin University's EIR, and sat on numerous panels and judging panels, and given presentations on Customer Discovery in Product Management. I am also an active Angel investor (over 15 investments in the last year), currently only focusing on women-led startups.
