Ironside Capital Group is a private investment firm focused on lower middle market, yield-producing equity investment opportunities. We identify and invest in yield-producing opportunities in the lower middle market while focusing on risk-adjusted returns and downside protection. Where We Invest ▪ Structured Finance We take a value and credit-oriented approach in identifying, underwriting, and investing in niche structured finance opportunities that present compelling asymmetric return characteristics. ▪ Specialty Real Estate We identify, underwrite, and invest in real estate assets that exhibit strong asset coverage and cash flow characteristics but are nascent in their capital market development and/or are orphaned by traditional real estate buyers. ▪ Real Assets We partner with management teams and platforms to invest in durable long-lived real assets and associated businesses by utilizing unique structures that create mutual benefit and fuel growth and/or provide balance sheet and liquidity solutions. We invest across multiple industry verticals, with focus areas including whiskey/bourbon, natural resources, and infrastructure.
