The Company was formed in 2012 to focus on co-investing with institutional and high-net-worth joint venture partners to acquire office and industrial real estate in the major growth markets in the Southeast, with an emphasis on the state of Florida. The principals of the Company have over 60 years of combined hands-on experience in the real estate industry, totaling over $15 billion in transaction volume.
