Founded in 2006 by Porter Lummus to place multifamily property investments in the private equity market. We are real estate owners, not traders. While we occasionally sell, our focus is on current returns and superior yield appreciation. We distribute earnings quarterly alongside detailed reporting. We build long-term relationships with our investors through communication and transparency. Our investments use moderate leverage, typically no more than 65% loan to value. We invest in larger markets within Georgia and its surrounding states. Target properties are 5-15 years old with contemporary amenities and floor plans.
