Invest Michigan

Invest Michigan is an investment fund that invests in early-stage companies that are commercializing technology products or services and are headquartered in Michigan. We do not invest in 'lifestyle companies.' We take an active role in all our companies, serving on boards and providing strategic and financial guidance. Investment Criteria -Team A team with business and technical experience possessing strong domain experience. -Technology Innovative technology with IP and/or economic moat potential -Financing Plan A company that is raising a financing round that provides 12-18 months of runway. -Financial A scrappy, resourceful company that builds value with every dollar invested. -Stage A company raising its first or second institutional round. Companies that have a demonstrated product-market fit.
