We are value investors focused on long-term investment opportunities as well as opportunistic dislocations. We use environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors to help us source and underwrite investments where relevant. Our mission is to drive increased investment in sustainability-linked strategies by demonstrating superior risk-adjusted returns. We aim to show businesses that they can create revenue growth opportunities and lower their costs of capital by leading on material sustainability issues. We invest across the capital structure in public and private companies and third-party managed funds. We consider ESG factors as relevant, including emissions intensity, worker safety, board independence and quality, and executive compensation. And we are interested in ESG-related themes, including modernization of the electric grid, electrification of transportation, healthy food, and outcomes-based healthcare.
